Major Nelson (alias Larry Hryb, Microsoft's Xbox Live Director of Programming) posted a nice podcast interview with Mr. Bill Gates himself.
They talk about the recent announcements at the Microsoft Pre-E3 Press Conference: Live AnyWhere (Xbox, Windows PC and Windows Mobile gaming coming together), how they try to get more age groups involved in gaming, how many 3rd parties are jumping on the Xbox Live Arcade wagon (with historical games and new original titles), success of the Xbox Live MarketPlace and the Microsoft E3 booth (with hands-on-play of 2nd gen games like gears of wars, forza2, fable2, ...).
You'll also learn how Bill likes PGR3 and has his own LIVE gamertag (no you won't get it ;)), his 9y old daughter and wife both like Zuma and his 6y old son plays Marble Blaster.
You'll also learn Bill Gates wrote a 'game' (donkey.base - a ~50line basic program to test out basic functionality) in the original version of DOS and he was even writing simple games (tictac, monopoly, baseball) in basic when he was 13.
