man this is a very poor choice for news imo.
I think a link to one of the video tutorials for the 360 firmware mod would have been a million times more useful.

No you can't, because the Xbox 360 has never been referred to as the X360, X-360, etc. by Xbox at all. Therefor, there's not even any basis for a lawsuit. If there was, obviously Sony would have copped a lawsuit against MS as soon as they found out about the name as they obviously know they've released that title.
