I was just walking around after traveling south-east from the imperial city waterfront and i came across a massaive cave called Charcoal Cave. When i went in i was a level 18 and came across several bears (brown and black) and lots of bandits. In the loot i found was and scavaged off of people I killed was: Shield Of Reflection, Orcish shield, Curiass of the Ranger, Gauntlets of life seeing, Boots of the Calming sea, Base ring of Nilhilism, Bow of Freezing, Glass Axe & Glass Warhammer, War axe of Dissolution, Short Sword of Freezing, War axe of Weakness, Claymore of Freezing, Elven Bow, Dwarven Bow, and lots of Arrows and potions. I dont know how much of this is random but anyone looking for some good loot should try the Charcoal Cave.

Charcoal Cave is found if you keep heading north on the Green road past the Ill of Omen (where u kill Rufio for the darkbrother hood) and before Horn cave, Pell's gate and Fort Homestead. It is very close to a waterfall (that gives a great view of the Imperial City) and is on eastern side of the road. hey i just got a visit from that weird group telling me 2 kill thaty guy at the Ill Fate Inn. Should i do it?

Im in a very similar part of the game as u, but i tried to get into the theives guild, and lost the contest, but i hvnt lost yet, cus the girl who has the diary hasnt gotten to the black guy yet so im in the process of waiting for her 2 come back so i can steal it from her. biggrin.gif

The dark brotherhood is really fun. Im working on beating it right now. You'll like the ways you get to go about some missions.

Just in case your still waiting, I don't think she actually tries to meet up with that guy again. For me I just went to her house and stole it from there when she was sleeping.
