Ok, I've had my xobx for about 2 in a half months now and never had no problems about a week or so ago though when I'd put G.R.A.W in itd go to a screen saying "To play this disc, put it in an Xbox 360 console" heres a pic of the screen

Now normally I could just try again a few times and then G.R.A.W would work. Today I go to play Tomb Raider which Ive never had problems with and I get the same screen, I try waiting then trying again and again etc and still same thing. I then tried Oblivion and same screen and never had problems with that game before either. I've heard of it being a problem with corrupted gamesaves but I've deleted everything and even taken the whole harddrive off. Anyone please help me! Thank you.

i had that same erroe when i first got my 360 back when it lauched. I mailed it back to MS and everything was good, got a brand new 360, never had another issue (knock on wood). It would happen after i started using those D-skins to protect the media. Once i got the new system, i stopped using them, this way i wouldn't fuck it up

Yeah. It's where it isn't reading the media correctly and assuming that it is a Video DVD and therefore playing what you would see if you put the disc in a DVD player.

Yup. That's what you do... they even pay for shipping smile.gif.
Just give them a call, make sure they know it's doingit with more than one disc. It's still within 90 days, even if it wasn't they still might replace it.
They've been pretty understanding and "nice" with all this stuff.

yea it does it with all of my games now. The only way I got it to work is to try it about litterally 15 times and then it might work, and then if i do get it to work when Im playing the game it'll say "Please clean the disc check if it has any smudges or scratches" or something like that. This game has absolutley zero smudges or scratches of any kind so yeah I guess its the dvd drive. Looks like Ill be giving them a call.

I would call them back and say something to them about it... they might be able to work something out for you.

Ditto.

I put one of my 360 games (it was PGR 3) into my PC's DVD drive & I can tell you that there is a stanard DVD-Video on the 360 games, if played in a system which isn't a 360 or a 360 with a problem, the disk will load up the video which says:

To Play This Disc, Put It In An Xbox 360 (in English & other foreign languages)
