Can i download the patch, cause I need to download the patch since i cant connect my xbox360 to the internet, so, i could burn the patch to a cd, and then install it to my xbox360 via dvd drive.

no it's not but MS will likely include the update in upcoming OXMs (probably the August Issue) and new games that come out in the next month or two for people without broadband.
