If and when MS decides to do something does it have to be via update or can they just do it the next time you go onto live. Atleast we might have a chance to back out if it's update

what do you think?

They will have to do it via an update, as the legality of just updating the FW without you knowing is questionable. But then again this is MS we're talking about biggrin.gif

They may even just ban people with the FW hack when they go live, but i guess we will have to wait and see!

The question is - IF i go on live with the FW MOD can MS track my serial number and then when they send out this update, even if I go on live with my orginal FW, they'll match the serial and ban me?

is this possible?
