I installed the program XBMC Skin Editor but when I launch it it says me :

IPB Image

it is what the problem ? huh.gif

my config :
Pentium 4
512DDR
Geforce 64
Os : winxp sp2.

I have the same problem. I even reformatted my whole computer hoping that would fix the problem but it didn't.
