What Type Of Sata Pci Card Do I Need Options

The thing I need help with is how do I know what type of sata pci card is compatible with my chipset a nvidia force 2. I have searched high and low for this answer to no avail. Here are my specs if any one can help me or point me towards a sata chipset index listing for the firm ware hack I thought I came across one a few weeks back but cant find it when I need it. I have a samsung drive.
