Hi i´ve read in this forum that the legs of the spider that connect to motherboard with the time can break or go out of the motherboard is true????can i fix it without have to solder???

Basically dude, you got a crappy chip. Sorry to be blunt. either buy a new chip, tsop, or use the popsicle stick method developed by me and my hommie EvolutionX. We hate this chip.
