Im going to be flashing soon but my MB has a NVIDIA nFORCE2 Ultra 400 + MCPS chipset. I cant find anywhere if this will work or not. Does anyone know if this will work? Im guessing it probably wont, but I have my fingers crossed. blink.gif

360 version: v3.0 (falcon)
Depends on the chipset (more than likely Sil3112). So for a TS drive it wont work, might work with Hitachi.

Can't really say more w/o knowing the chipset.

That site doesn't mention the chipset for the SATA controller.

What you can do is run MSinfo32.exe Go into Components --> Storage --> SCSI and it should have your SATA controller listed in there (if not look under IDE sometiems its in there) copy and paste the info in here.


Should look something like this:
