I recently soft modded my xbox and am now in the process of adding a bigger hard drive, In the middle of prepairing to get the install done I notice that the ms dashboard and EEprom didn't back up in the process.
Is there and way to get the standard MS dashboard running and reatempt or possible download the nesassary files to reload a bigger hard drive?

eeprom's are unique to YOUR specific motherboard, NO you can't just use someone elses.

a little reading would have given you this answer too.
