has anyone noticed almost none of them working?...then again im not positive they work at all...i got ONE to work out of like 50...whats up with that...anyone had the same problem?

oh and the one (now 2) that i got working, have funny colours...no idea y...its like reddish and some green....really weird...glitchy too

arg i cant edit my post anymore...anyway..i've gotten one to work ok...but i've noticed with both FF1 and FF2 that when walking in a city, the pathways (stone) sort of flicker, and leave a lighter stripe aroung where your character is, can this be fixed?

there isnt a us version of ff2 opn the nes ff2 on the snes is actually ff4

precisely XD...also...the US FF1 on nes does exactly the same flickering...its not too bad....just wondering if it can be solved....oh the ff2 ur thinking of could be the ps1 version...i wanna play the original biggrin.gif

I just wikipediad it and it says that this is not true. I have no clue what version my final fantasy 2 is but it is english and works fine.

oh most definatly, however the fact remains that there is a real original english FF2 version. (albeit in a bit crummy english)

woahh...thats interesting..i never knew that there were plans for an english version...it should have been released on nes, in my opinion its one of the best ff games, but is there a fix for the flickering?

Grab Final Fantasy Dawn of Souls, and you'll have Square's official FF2 English translation with updated graphics and new features to boot!

thats exactly what i want to avoid tongue.gif i love NES, and its just that much cooler to play the original perfectly, i mean, i have FF origins if i want the updated graphics and stuff...i just wanna be able to say "i played FF2J NES" which most ppl havent
