So I rented the game, and its okay, I figure I'll try to get my $$'s worth out of the rental.

I'm flying through a sandstorm having to snap pictures of enemy camps (3 of them)
I can only find one as I zig-zag through the playfield - I'm getting annoyed because I cant find
the other 2... anyone know where they are... and can explain where they are?

Don't zig zag so much, listen to the radio traffic from the Germans and try to move then, when it starts getting louder, or the same, stay the course. This one takes some time, but is not too tough.

Seems like the camps are all to the left after you leave the ship. I had a hard time with this also and listened to the radio closer, like suggested above.
