Im having trouble connecting my pc to the xbox with flashFXP sad.gif

The connection was working fine a few weeks ago but now flashFXP is coming up with a message saying:
"connection failed (connection lost)" i would appreciate if anyone has had this problem or knows what it could be.

Ive tried other file transfer programs and am getting the same message. The only thing i can think of is that maybe the evox settings are messed up.

Try a different cable. Also check to make sure the lights are on for the ethernet on the Xbox. The port could have gone bad.

Hi mate!

I tried that & i got the following error "Windows cannot access this folder.Make sure you typed the file name correctly & that you have permission to access the folder. Details: The Connection with the server was reset"

Do you think there might be a setting on the Xbox thats wrong & thats whats stopping it from connecting?

Thanks again for you help cuz im lost here.

Cheers!

Ricky.

Try setting your gateway to what your router is. It may be 192.168.0.1
