ok I want to change the green to blue, I found some bi color blue/red which would work good, so my question is do I need 2 of the bicolored leds or just one and the other side just a plain blue one?

2
one per side
make sure that the LEDs are 3mm and 3 leed (wire)

also, when you put them in, make sure that you are connecting the leeds wrong, i.e. you have them soldered to where they're the color you want in standard mode

p.s.
the eject/power board is REALLY sensitive to heat, if you finish and you can't turn your xbox off/eject, you will need a new e/p board
