I was wondering if there was a tutorial on this site anywhere on how to backup xbox games on a disk?

wow omg thx i am so stupid lol what would i do without you lol, but i can't seem to find a tutorial on how to install the firmware on the xbox disk tray i am an idiot but a quick learner i already took my co tray out of my xboxand according to other sites i have the correct rom and cd drive so a firmware tut would be wonderful if its there omg im an idiot lol.
