i just got TheSpecialist's Xbox DVD-Drive 'Unlocker' Code program and heres what i did.
1.) i took out my xbox's hdd
2.) then i took out my xbox's ide cable.
3.) after that i unhooked my computer's dvdrom drives's IDE cable, power plug, and some little weird cable.
4.) then i took my computers ide cable and hooked it up to the back of my xbox's DVDrom Dive. ( Yes i kept the power cord of my xbox drive plugged in )
then i turned my xbox on and then my computer. It started up and i poped a disk in there ( i didnt know if it matterd or not ) after that i started up the program selected drive D and hit unlock after that i get this error:

"Fatal Error, IO failure while sending 1st mode sence."
and this pops up in the big box....
