First a question, Does the x-lite require the detachable PCB plugged in?

I think ive installed the adapter fine based on the guides available (its gay that the new solderless adapters guide is for like version 1.6 xbox' only)

I get one blue led light up the LAD1 and the xbox starts as it normally would with its default green ui and nothing else no cromwell bios or whatever.

The Lframe conector is in and ive tried switch 1 on the adapter on both on and off settings as the x-lite with solderless guide told me to have it off.

I only require my xbox to play burned dvd's.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
