I thought that going through the Mages Guild quest would grant you access to it but after becoming Arch-Mage I guess I was wrong. ohmy.gif

Is there any way to get there or the place just doesn't exist?

are you talking about the orrery? im pretty sure you are but if you want to enter it, you need to pay for and download it from the marketplace. its a pay-for-add-on.

It's one of the DLCs get on the Xbox Live Marketplace there are some good DLCs for Oblivion.
