i think in the evox.ini file you can say skip clock check, but i don't believe that there is a bios that skips clock check.

i heard that the d6 bios disables the xbox from checking the ms dashboard if the clock gets reset, i want to know does the latest x2 bios do this aswell

In my tests I found the EvoX D.6 bios mandatory in cases where I replace the HD with a larger blank and need to boot my installer from CD-RW or DVD. If power is off for more than a few minutes the clock gets messed up, but I can always boot off of my media with the EvoX D.6 I was having lots of problems with the latest X2 (4976.02)

Once the dash is on the HD however I switch back to the X2 since it has better IGR and Media Patching... It's a pain but hopefully team Xecuter will address that in a futire release.
