How come the art for say...Game Boy Advance in the emulator menu is copied to the other emulator tabs?

Make since?

Emulator Menu/Game Boy Advance/ Art = Emulator Menu/PScx/ Art


And then some don't have any art at all.

I have searched around the forum and couldn't find anything that explained why? Is this something in the .xbe or xips in UIX? Or is it something related to a file in the specific emulator menus?

Yes it is in the xbe's.

A quick workaround is to rename your default.xbe to something else, then make a shortcut to it using the uix shortcutmaker. That will allow you to add the xbx image of your choice to menus in UIX.
