why do you all make comments like this?!
havent you all heard how they work on the emulation updates?
1. they started work on getting the ppular titles running ie: halo/halo2
2. from that point on any games that work are a bonus
3. tweek the emulator / game profiles till they get more working any games that work are a bonus.
so they arent working on specific games they dont care that you want conker or DOA, all they want is to get as many games running as they can working on speciffic games will only slow the process.
you guys bitch when they say they have given up on emulation and bitch when they update...just be happy they are still working on it!
I agree with your general statement. I think people should stop complaining and I also think any new titles are a bonus.
But some things you've said I don't agree with. For example, MS officially said they started work on only the most popular titles. That's partially false. They have worked on making the easy ones BC off the bat, and all other easy ones, too. As others have pointed out, some games are too complicated to emulate and/or may take way too much time to invest in. Why? Some games tapped into the Xbox's hardware in such ways that emulating it to work on the Xbox 360 is impossible or way too difficult.

Why on Earth are people still complaining when they can easilly keep their Xbox1 (or buy a new or used on for chump change) ??? IF THE GAME MEANS THAT MUCH TO YOU, KEEP YOUR XBOX1 AND KEEP IT CONNECTED TO YOUR TV !!!
MS knows a lot of you "are still not impressed" but you know what, that's the whole deal here -- They did a study pre-Xbox 360 launch and concluded that most consumers didn't care about BC at all. So they realize most consumers wouldn't be impressed even if every title was BC !!!
The only thing I can really say in people's defense who are still not impressed is that I remember MS saying very early this year that eventually all games would be BC. I don't remember exactly where I read this, but I know I read it from some press release, Q&A session/interview with a MS rep, and/or an issue of OXM or something. Now if you read this, too, then that's the point you should be complaining about is that they said they would make every game BC eventually, but have since changed their mind (it seems).
The bottom line is still this -- If that (or those) games mean that much to you on Xbox1, you'd definitely still use your Xbox1 and having it connected to your TV and such wouldn't be a hassle. Afterall, if the game means that much to you, then you wouldn't care about playing with a "wired" controller nor would having another console in your entertainment center bother you.
