Is there a training feature somewhere where i can learn to play?

You can use the practice option to learn the plays and read the book on the controls.

I can do that, i can play, and look for who's open and stuff, but its when i run, i do all the same shit, and i never get any yards, yet the other dude runs through 13 defenders and makes a TD everyplay. Or if i blitz i studderstep all the way to the QB..?

Sometimes when i pass to my B player i switch to him, even though i dont want to

It sounds like you just need to get used to the game. Accidentally switching to your receiver sounds like you're just not used to the button layout and their functionality.
