Hi,

I have just downloaded WMP11 Beta 2. Streaming audio to the XBOX works fine, but supposedly it should also allow streaming video. However, from the XBOX there is no option to connect to the computer for video...

Anybody knows how to set it up?

I think you mean 'Xbox 360'. If you really mean Xbox, then it should run Xbox Media Center. You should use Windows File Sharing (SMB) to stream all your media content to it.

You are right. I mean XBOX 360. And before anyone says it is not possible: it *was* not possible untill Media Player 11 Beta 2 was released, have a look here:
