hi!
i want to fit in my car the xbox, but i have a big problem..
i have an inverter 300w (600w max)..
i have a problem with this inverter.. i've tried to run my Xbox, but when i turn on, the xbox transformer starts to make a noise.. the video is black, and the audio is full of noise (the same of the transformer)..

any solution?

Try another inverter, maybe one of a higher wattage.

300 is plenty, maybe too much, try a smaller inverter
make sure it isn't next to the xbox or screen
and make sure that your xbox has all of it's metal shielding, even the top part

the xbox is closed, so it have all metal shielding.. and the inverter is far away form it.. sad.gif
maybe the inverter isn't so stable.. i have an european xbox, so i need a 50Hz wave, it's possible that this value is more higher then 50..

Do you have a laptop that you can try and run with the inverter?
Xbox will use less then the laptop.
All devices must be compatible with output frequency of the inverter, ie 60 hz for 60 hz devices, 50 hz for 50 hertz devices.
I use my 700 watt 60 hz to run my xbox and a tv at the same time in my minivan, but most of the time I just use it to run the xbox and use the built in lcd that the vehicle came with during roadtrips.
