I think you could put money on Alan Wake not being released on that date.

The Halo 3 release date has been penciled as 23rd November 2007

Im waiting for alan wake, but i agree. Not enough info, at all. Theres practically nothing out there. They need to start hyping it up or releasing information...

in any case your unlikely to know, remedy like to keep tight lipped about there games, just look a the first max payne game, a few screenshots, a short vid then no info for about a year then it suddenly hit the shelves with no warning (and subsequently blew the minds of all playing it, a truely classic game!)
