pleeease help me setup my evolutionx mod chip i have no idea how i need a dashboard for it and i dont care what one i get as long as it works with my chip and it allows me to save games to the hard drive the guy who sold it to me did not tell me that i need the dashboard please if anyone can help me by e-mail or anything i would REALLLY appreciate it ive been searching the internet for tutorials but none of them make sense to me i dont even know what an ISO is the chip i have says evox in a little emlem at the top left hand corner of the screen when i hold down the power button but there is NO DASHBOARD pleeeease explain to me simply how i can do this im really going crazy

That means you have the evox bios flashed.
The easiest thing would be to download an autoinstaller such as slayers or aid.

Since this is not related to Evox dash skinning, moving to Newbie Chat...

thanks hey but b4 i go i downloaded it and put this file "SlaYers_EvoX_Auto-Installer_v2.5_DOCS" onto a blank cd-r and fed it into my x-box but it said that it doesent recognise the disk

of course NOT, you downloaded the Docs Manual, need to go to #xbins and look for Slayers there, READ THE READ ME.txt. included.

On top of that, you shouldnt use cd-rs, they are very hit and miss as far as the xbox reading them. Get a cd-rw, or even better, a dvd and it should work when you have the right thing downloaded

ok is this the right file Evolutionx_Beta_v1_8_3285 and if so how do i make it an iso

i already have xiso but how do i pick which file i want to make an iso and what is a datapath arrgh i might as well have sum1 else do this for me
