Hi

Here are the facts of my Box:
- XBOX Ver. 1.3
- Bios Xecuter2 4983_06
- HDD IBM 40GB IC35L040AVER07-0
- Aladin Chip with only D0 connected to ground (to always start XBMC dash)
- XBMC as dash
- IR mod

The problem is that if I start the box the HDD drive doesn't start (I can not hear it) and the button blinks red (TV is black). So I if turn off the box and restart it immediately (shorter than 2 seconds) the HDD starts and the box runs without any problems (XBMC starts). If I wait more than 2 seconds for the restart of the box the problem is the same as if I start the box for the first time.

Why starts the HDD only after the second start of the box? Can anybody please help me
