I work with theese materials and in particular the black goo that we know as stycast2850 cured with a catalyst and baked at 65c for 2 hours, this needs to be heated to higher than 80-90c and a nozzle for the heat gun is usefull to avoid damage to the surrounding bits, GOOD LUCK
Now I know where I've seen stycast! Aircraft cockpit navigation motherboards. They use it on the chips for some reason. Dont ask me why I know this
