Ever since a few weeks, the R trigger has been going crazy. At times it uses R without my even pushing it, or it dosn't even respond to my pushing it. I opened it up, and everything looks clean and stuff like that. What might be wrong?

It's an S controller.

take it apart, take a look at the R trigger ;-) and post some pics.

try cleaning, that usually helps a lot ;-)

Sounds like an old controller to me. Mine one has been doing it for a bit too.
Also, I've found that my wireless logitech controller seems to be moving forward when it shouldnt be.

I spose it happens to all controllers though. The button padding becomes worn and less responsive (or more, for the triggers of course).

Its funny, I have nes controllers that still work perfect. After 15 years of use. But an Xbox controller from 2 years ago that pulls to the left. Better quality before.
