How do i get the "Simple Init Display" option to work with multigame xbe's using the MXM-Patcher.exe?

Ive managed to change it on the default.xbe that comes with the latest release but that wont work as multigame xbe, at least i dont know how to get it to work. Only options ive managed to see on the multigame xbe's that i got from craxtion and cxboxtool is the Matrix and Sky and logo themes. However, both are pretty aweful.
