I've flashed my 360 already but it was a real bitch to take it apart...is there a way to do flash without taking it apart? Thanks for any suggestions.

Get two SATA cables with femal ends and extend them outside your case. That's how I get 'er done. Never have to open my 360 anymore.

Once you do it, it gets easier. First time was liek 30 minutes. Now its under 5.
