6. No do-overs.
7. Once voting starts, photorealism will be the biggest factor to take into account.

Your task is to make a Transformer. It could be one from the actual series, or it can be your own creation. Don't focus too much attention on the background of your picture. It can be anything from solid white to a real scene. The idea is to focus your skills on the robot. If you want, you can show what your TF transforms into in the background behind your TF, but it's not necessary.

Just like the IT2 PMC, we're trying anonymity this go-around, so don't post your entry in this thread. PM me with your entry, and I'll post it here as soon as I read it. Make note of rule #6. That means you need to PM me with your final entry. If it's your own creation, you can give your TF a name, but it's not required.

Submission Deadline: Thursday, November 16th.

Since I only received positive feedback, that means that no one objects to me participating and managing this contest. I started to think about what I want to do for this PMC today. I was sketching out a few ideas on paper and realized that this PMC will take a little longer than normal because it's so unconventional.

I have some advice for those entering: when you decide on the item (e.g., vehicle, weapon, etc.) that your TF transforms into, look for images covering that item from various angles (even underneath). Image hunting always takes me a long time so I get everything I can find and somehow make it work. It's very rare that I'll find the perfect source image(s). Because of that, I have to be very creative with the sources I find. In this PMC, you'll find that you'll have to be very creative, too. wink.gif

I hope you guys have already started. I'm still on the fence about doing a real TF or making one up. If you guys start to get stuck, don't worry and don't give up. Just save your work and come back to it later. I find that taking a break sometimes clears the cobwebs out of my head. Sleep on it if you have to. smile.gif
