got my leds today mmkay

however, I am kinda perplexed at how the pictures look....my camera made the purple lights look blue! oh well

they're purple I swear!!!!

I left the power button white because when I put the purple ones in, it was disappointingly dim after being dispersed across the button (these leds are like 2000 mcd, while my white ones are 8000 or 10000 mcd)

btw, in the second pic the light coming out of the side grill is from my (Xenium Gold) modchip

Ya it looks great. Purple was a good choice for gunmetal for sure, the pics are weird though.


Im aiming for a paint job like that with my 360. Im on the 4th coat now so we'll see.


Thats two sexy boxes you got man. I'll be posting my stuff in a couple days (remake of dynamikes box and 360). Hope im worthy!

now i'm severely inspired. shaving those grills down is the coolest thing i've seen in a while! with a few projects going, i'm gonna have to see how that works out. very awesome slim-box dude!

That slimbox is SICK! How do I make one? Any tutorials? And Is that for looks or what? Where is the DVD drive and the HDD gone fit in there at? I love how you shaved the front of the XBOX. It's perfect.

infamous->there isnt gonna BE a dvd drive...notice he only has one button?!? thats power...all the stuff he wants is on hte hd...and yeah, theres a slim-building guide...i wouldnt say tutorial, but a guide...check in the Case/Hardware modding section...its there, ive read it...
