I am using a hub to connect to my xbox, i have a matrix chip, and have the evox dashboard installed and running fine, but for some reason, i cant ftp or even connect to my xbox. I tryed using command prompt to ping the ip, and it cant even find it on my network.

1.) shut down firewall
2.) set use static ip --> YES (in your evox.ini or in the settings) 3.) enter ip (e.g. 192.168.0.2) 4.) enter a default gateway (the ip of your pc e.g. 192.168.0.1) 5.) xbox must be turned on and in the evox menue 6.) using a hub make sure you don't use a crossed cable 7.) check this tutorial also --> http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/hub.php hope one of this helps |
