The primary use for my Xbox is to run Xbox Media Extender. I would like to have a skin that would auto run Media Extender which is now stored in E:\apps. What I would like is for Media Extender to auto start in 10 seconds or so unless aborted. If aborted I would like a standard type of menu to load. It must also respond to commands from an Xbox remote control. Any help on if and how this can be done is greatly appreciated.

I think the closest you're going to get is to put a shortcut to it on the main menu.
