Good luck proving your case, maybe they should try and sue for the faulty manufacturing rather than the update. How many 360's are running fine after the update? I just going to guess the numbers are overwhelming.

I'm kind of curious if his is a factory 360 or *gasp* flashed. I thought they were still under warranty as well until the years end. Oh well, another person trying to get a few bucks without having to work for it I suppose .

Edit:On a side note, I just checked his GT on xbox.com and funny that he was last seen 30 minutes ago....
