 X3 Error After Flashing Bios |

I've got xbox 1.6
x3 ce with xapt3r for no soldering i installed the lastest x3 bios on flashbios with a disk and now when it loads up it loads up 3 times then the eject button flashs red and green nothing is displayed on the screen it loads, turns off, loads turns off loads turns off then loads again and the eject light flashs from red to green |

what version of the bios did you put on it?

I can't find a programmer for x3 ce anywhere
nor do i have another chip to hotswap with i knew i was gonna fuck the chip up =[ lol |

I guess ur best bet is to get another xecuter 2.6CE Lite like mine, at least u'll save some $$ and it works more or less the same as ur xecuter 3. |

QUOTE(Topher^ @ Dec 31 2006, 09:21 AM) "X3 3294 v16plus.bin" is that ment for 1.6 xboxs? you need to flash that bios onto your chip. there are two different bios's. one is for 1.0 - 1.5 xbox's, and the one in the quote i sfor 1.6 xboxs.. if you still have your flashbios on banks 3 and 4 of your chip your set, just switch over and flash the 1.6 bios to the chip. that should resolve your problems. if not i think the x3 has a backup bios that allows you to flash the chip. make sure the 1.6 bios has been set to 512k.. use evtool to edit the size up to 512 if it isn't already there. you need to flash it with x3 3294 bios
x3 3294 v1.0 to v1.5 xboxs x3 3294 v16 plus v1.6 v1.6b xboxs if the backup will not work (power eject at same time) or switch settings on on off off off / off on off off off to get flashbios then you will need to do ahotswap or send chip back to get flashbios back on to chip |
