Admission Of A Blunder? Options

Suppose this section needs a post. So here is my small rant. I was unhappy having paid out £40 for this game to see half the options missing and somewhat poorer game play than the PS2 version. The screen aspect is not correct either and I can find no way of altering this (every other game is perfect).
the icing on the cake however is now seeing this game is £19.99. Dropped to the cheapest price of any 360 game I have seen. This seems to speak for itself. Could this be an admission that the game was rushed out and released half finished. It certainly can not have the popularity on the 360, it enjoys on other consoles or the price would not have been halved. I will think long and hard before I buy another Pro Evo title on the 360
