I guess they get pretty close to real vista icons, i didnt make the icons myself, they are from vistaico (.) com and vistaicons (.) com

That can't be done. The icons on the end can't fade into transparency like that. I wish lists like that could be done though.
This skin definately looks like it's gonna be a good'n though(if it gets made).
EDIT: Maybe some kind of overlay could be used to give the apperance of the icons fading.
