yeah thats what the guy at home depot said so i got an idea to use these special drill bits in my drill press, they can cut when you move them around unlike regular bits

the bits worked really nice, its kind of hard to controll but once u get the hang of it its fairly easy
i had a problem though as you can see, i didnt have enough clearance on my drill press to remove the middle section so i will use a hack saw or something tommorow because i dont feel like it now

yeah i used a bit like the ones you did to do my cuts. check my sig for pics on the first post... they work great and dont melt the plastic one bit. just a bit of advice, it looks really goofy considering the top is way closer to the grill(all the little holes) i think you should make it completely completely symmetrical. just my 2 cents but its looking good. what colors it going to be wearing?
