Nice! But i think the top cut is gonna be a little too close to the air vents might wanna look into that before cutting

make sure to check on the inside of the case to make sure you keep at least one middle screw mount! wouldnt want to lose both of them!

Looks good. Be sure to keep your cuts straight and smooth. Also, that design should leave the inner-rear screw mount intact. Good luck!

Well don't worry about the inner screw mounts, you don't need them usually. Mine only has the outter 4 and works fine.

Good luck getting a good line cut with that. happy.gif Seriously though, you're going to have to do ALOT of filing.

yeah thats what the guy at home depot said so i got an idea to use these special drill bits in my drill press, they can cut when you move them around unlike regular bits

heres what they are

Do those bits leave a clean cut without melting the plastic.

the bits worked really nice, its kind of hard to controll but once u get the hang of it its fairly easy

i had a problem though as you can see, i didnt have enough clearance on my drill press to remove the middle section so i will use a hack saw or something tommorow because i dont feel like it now

yeah i used a bit like the ones you did to do my cuts. check my sig for pics on the first post... they work great and dont melt the plastic one bit. just a bit of advice, it looks really goofy considering the top is way closer to the grill(all the little holes) i think you should make it completely completely symmetrical.
just my 2 cents but its looking good. what colors it going to be wearing?
