I have a MS25 , with Firmware xtreme 3.3
I have the xtreme 5.2 a,b,c,d but isnt it only for the Ms28
Or is it no problem to take on of those bin files

because when i load 5252d-ms25 bin into my xtreme bootmaker i got a failure of my MD5

well assuming your 52d-ms25.bin is from the actual release..

When I loaded 52a-ms25.bin into xtreme boot maker it asked if I wanted to update the database or something.. I said yes and it loaded it fine.

You are getting the option of updating aren't you?

you don't actually have to update it. You can use it anyway, just skip passed the warning. I've flashed to ms25's using xtreem boot maker and it wasn't updated.

Also if you have a backup copy of your original firmware you can just the the Make Xtreme firmware.cmd (provided in the Xtreme 5.2 pack) to make the Hacked Xtreme v5.2 firmware then use Xtreme boot maker to make your boot disk and hex edit MTKFlash. Then you just add the firmware file generated by Make Xtreme firmware.cmd to your boot disk. Once your in DOS you use the command "mtkflash w /m x52a.bin" and your done. no need to run samread and then samhack commands.
