I just got my jewel in the mail today, about 40 days after I ordered it, and after I filed fruad charges with paypal. Well they sent me a case badge with my jewel, it is a skull... Mabey if it was a cooler one I would be happier, but nice try anyway.

no matter what the product is, to wait over a month is simply rediculous. ive received fans, modchips, etc....in 2 days, and i would expect to wait no more than 2 weeks for a custom item. they need to get their shit together before hitting the net as a "legit" business.
ADVICE...either quit your day job, or do what you have to do, to get your customers their shit in a timely matter. mastermods has had 82 of my hard earned dollers for 6 weeks and i dont have crap to show for it.  im not one to complain, but this is absolutely rediculous..... |

NOBODY ORDER FROM MASTERMODS.COM THEY SUCK, but lucky for us that they let you pay thru paypal so go and request your money, and order the stuff somewhere else, i mean is just ridiculous how they work

TERRIBLE!!! DONT BUY FROM MASTERMODS!!! I bought i jewel and some stickers o JULY 18th!!!!!! Still havent got it. Modd hasnt replied to any of my emails, pm's, and i wrote a "Support Ticket" still no reply and its been up for 3 weeks.!!

8 weeks and still no Custom jewel. Their wesite says a week to 1.5 weeks for delivery.. What a joke!
If you are planning to order from them, keep track of the time. Paypal only accepts disputes up to 30 days from the date of order. I filed a complaint with paypal and since it has been more than 30 days they will not do anything. Well I guess I will learn from this.. I know that there are some good vendors out there.. But between mastermods.com and xbox-mod-chips.com (13 weeks and counting for my chip) I am really getting a bad taste in my mouth from these vendors who think they can take peoples money and not deliver the products. |
