Hey,
When I got my 360 I setup an offline profile, and didn't upgrade it to an online profile until yesterday. The only thing is, I didn't upgrade my profile, but instead created a new one. The reason I did this was because the gamertag I was using offline wasn't available online, and I didn't think to change my offline profile's gamertag.
Since I was using the free month of Live that came with my 360, is there anyway I can just cancel it, delete that profile, change the gamertag of my offline profile and then finally upgrade my offline profile to Live Gold and resume my free month?

If not, what would be my best option? Starting everything over and just using my currently online profile isn't an option for me because all my save-games and points are on my offline profile. sad.gif

You can make multiple 1 month free xbox live gold accounts. Just switch the gamertag on your offline account and then sign up for the free 1 month of xbox live.
