Hi all i am verry new to this but i have flashed my samsung drive with kreon 0.81 and burnt a game it all worked but my xbox says please insert the disk into an xbox 360 or somthing along those lines same as it says when i put in my puter dose any one have any ideas????
i have a samsung dl burner and i used verbatim disk.

sounds like you didnt flash your 360 drive. you kindof have to do that 1st.

I am sorry, but thank you for the laugh.

It sounds like you are totaly lost. Maybe You should read the tutorials and guides all over these forums.

The kreon 0.81 is for the Samsung SH-D162C PC dvd reader. (so you can read / dump You original 360 disk to Your PC). It is not for your 360drive or burner.

Your burner that is samsung also... No idea its compatability. It is probably fine if it can be set to book type (for hitachi 360 drives I think)

Your 360, the DVD drive (whatever type it is) needs to be flashed also. you can find those guides in the same place.

If you have a Samsung SH-D162C, then just use xbox backup creator. It takes less then 2 hours to back it up. then store your original in a safe place.

thanks all for your help i have the 360 flashed im not that silly....i have sussed it, it was the samsung drive firmware just needed kreon one cheers.
