Works quite nice, but I'm not sure that I like the interface. I might start a fork just for the PS3 since it's open source and all.

Also, I have NOT written the code for the media center. I have not ported it either, I've simply installed it and it works fine. Thought some people might want to know that it works smile.gif

Most common releases work fullspeed (divx, xvid and so on), but videos with 720p resolution or similar will not work (or rather have insane amounts of lag) since no SPE is used. This is a limitation by mplayer and will work when someone optimizes mplayer for the CELL.

I tried the instuctions you posted on site, sorry Im a little stuck do I copy the file \etc\kboot.conf to my memory stick \PS3\otheros\ and rename otheros.bld?

I think if I can clear this problem the rest of the tutorail looks pretty straight forward.
