When they aren't on sale, then you are correct that that site is better. Anyways, as for the 8x or 2.4x, it depends on your burner. The Pioneer burners will all support 6x or 8x on the 2.4x official rated discs without much trouble. I burn at 6x all of the time on this media with no complications on my 111D. So unless you have a burner that limits burning on these discs to 2.4x and you desperately want to burn faster than I would stick with the 2.4x discs. Cheaper and they still give great results at higher burned speeds.

Ebay seller Jugewell have some great deals on the Singapore Verbatims. Really good deal if you buy more than one of the 20 packs. You can get to his store here as well, www.ugaps.com

Why is it that people still think that ebay is a great place to pick up media. After factoring in total costs (shipping, ect.) you almost always end up getting ripped off, that guy charges about $205 shipped for 120 discs AND THAT IS IF you get it for the opening bid price. You can get 12 10 packs (120 discs) from officemax for about $190 after tax and with free shipping on a regular basis and you can get them for MUCH cheaper if you get a coupon code. I did this and ended up with 10x10 packs (100 discs) for $127.61 with all charges included and thus far every 10 pack that I have recieved from OM is MIS. @Rage, afraid the deal I got is about as good as it gets here in the states. Canadians can get them for around $1.20USD per disc when futureshop has them on sale though.

Those are currently the cheapest, since OM jacked up the price on their 10 packs to $20 each. sad.gif

I always look for this deal from BB. It comes out about one week per month. Picked up two packs yesterday and the final after tax cost was $1.62 per disc smile.gif

This is the first one I have seen in 2-3 months. Then again I have been sticking with OM as of late.

Best Buy has the best price for Verbtims AFAIK. they frequently drops the 20disc bundle to 29.99 , or even 24.99 ( I bought 10 last time biggrin.gif ) , Now its 29.99 for the 20 disc bundle + tax ofcourse.

For those of you with a microcenter in your area they do have the 20 packs of DL Verbatim for $28. You can order them as well (if you don't have one in your area) but you will have to add about $6 for shipping.
