I'm not satisfied with the timeliness of My order from ModChipCentral. It states on their site that express shipping should take 5-6 days to the US. It has been 20 days since I ordered and I have yet to receive the products I ordered. Adding to the frustration of not receiving my order, ModchipCentral lowered the price $4 and I have yet to receive any kind of credit to my account for the difference. Apparently all of their shipments for June 4 were lost. I emailed ModChipCentral on June 17 and recieved this reply:

Hey, of course it has shipped. I called the post office earlier with that
tracking number and the lady said it looks like it is stlil in customs so it
should clear soon and be at your door soon. I do apologize but it usually
never takes this long.

I'm disappointed ModchipCentral did not credit me with a modest discount or give me some free stuff to ease all the frustration(after all I did pay $9.95 for express shipping). Even if it is the fault of the post office, they should still take care of their customers. I'm optimistic that the second shipment will arrive eventually.

I do apologize about that but unfortunately you were one of the ones that had their shipments lost on the 4th. I reshipped all orders that were shipped on the 4th so you should have received your order by this time. This issue with the post office was out of my control and I wish there was something I could have done to speed this up.

I bought two of the same bundle above (WiiKey and Triwing)

They shipped me Two Wiikeys and one Triwing.
I emailed them, they said (in about 5 words) that they will not ship another. I replied back and they told me that the bundle only comes with one Triwing. I replied back and told them but I bought TWO bundles, they said it doesn't matter, each order gets one Triwing.

The bundle costs 5 bucks more than just the WiiKey
I asked for a refund of the difference and they said no.

Basically they stole $5 from me, I just disputed it with my credit card agency and already got the refund.

So...I would recommend NOT buying from this store, they were not very pleasant to deal with and I feel like they stole $5 from me.

After Installation, fully tested on shortage and connectivity between soldering points and two eprons, notproblem found, but the wii box only play original Disk, the setup and backup one return the disk error message, as an experienced electrician, I am confident with my soldering work, I pointed it to be a failue wiikey,I sent an email to you, still no replay, called, voice message box is full, leave a call back number.

Please advice.

With limited options out there, I figure it's important to offer whatever insight one might on the state of webshops, so...

I sent an inquiry about a product which was OOS, which was answered the next day and provided the date new inventory would arrive. The product was back in stock on the advertised date, and I placed an order for two Xecuter 2.6 CE chips. Received an order confirmation same day, and a shipping confirmation the next day.

I'll update this thread when my product arrives.
