Sony offers Casino Royale Blu-ray film to PS3 buyers
Posted by XanTium | 12-2-2007 11:13 EST

From gamesindustry.biz:
[QUOTE]
Sony has announced that the first 500,000 consumers to register their PlayStation 3 on the PlayStation Network after the console's European launch will receive a free copy of James Bond film Casino Royale on Blu-ray.

Sony's Darren Carter, VP of brand and consumer marketing, described it as a "phenomenal incentive" for consumers to sign up to the console's online service, which allows for free online gaming as well as downloadable content through the PS3 Store.

There they go using the word "phenomenal" again.

QUOTE(Inigo Montoya)
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

X-S should just employ a text filter so that with any PS3 news item, "phenomenal" is replaced by "disappointing".

"phenomenal launch" = "disappointing launch"

"phenomenal incentive = disappointing incentive"

I would much rather have bond than craptacular taledega nights, the worst looking blu-ray movie ever pressed. I might even buy bond i liked it so much.
