I've had Avalaunch freeze on me before but normally I can restart it or reinstall the dash and it works fine but this is new to me. I put the hard drive in another modded box and avalaunch boots just fine. The same happens with discs. It starts reading the disk and then wehn it goes to run it, it turns off. I'm thinking a bad bios. Anyone have this problem before? Thanks.

I reflashed the bios but still no luck. I'm starting to think that it is something with the hardware.

So here's a couple of questions:

Would removing the metal lining cause this?
Could it be caused by a bad capacitor? (I had to replace the one closest to the ethernet port that was missing).

Well, it's not the capacitor. I replaced it and still same problem. Anyone help?
